New Homes in Rockville

Rockville is a very established part of Montomery County and therefore does not have much available land for new communities.  There are usually small clusters of houses or townhouses here and there where space allows.  While new communities are not common in Rockville, there are opportunities in the surrounding areas of Gaithersburg, Germantown, Damascus, Urbana, and others.  All these areas are convenient to Rockville.
